About Us

Our Story

The Mighty Men organization was born from a group of fathers with a shared desire: to see their sons walk in spirit and in truth as they step into manhood. We recognized that true discipleship goes far beyond attending sporting events, providing financially, or helping at children’s church.

Biblical discipleship means walking closely with our sons, allowing them to see, experience, and learn from our daily lives. It requires intentional fathering, investing time, and being attentive to their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Mighty Men exists to unite like-minded fathers and sons, embracing this calling together and strengthening one another along the journey.

What We Value

Strength

We believe the journey into manhood requires strength in three key areas. Along the way, both father and son will be tested and strengthened in spiritual, physical, mental, and physical strength.

Family

We believe that fathers play a vital role within the home, walking side by side with their sons as they grow in character and faith.

Community

We believe community plays a vital role in discipleship. We are called to engage in our local communities by serving others, strengthening our families, and growing in generosity.

Creation

We believe He has given us the earth to enjoy, explore, and embrace. His wonders and goodness are revealed in every part of creation.

Strength

As Mighty Men, we believe the journey into manhood requires strength in three key areas. Along the way, both father and son will be tested and strengthened in each of these areas.

Spiritual Strength
Grounded in God’s Word, spiritual strength equips us to walk in truth, resist temptation, and live with an eternal purpose.

Mental Strength
Mental strength gives us the endurance to face challenges with courage, discipline, and resilience, even when life gets hard.

Physical Strength
Physical strength builds perseverance, health, and the ability to meet life’s demands with energy and vitality.

Together, these three pillars shape boys into men and fathers into leaders, united in the calling God has given them.

Family

From the very beginning, God created family to reflect His nature and His love for all creation. We believe that fathers play a vital role within the home, walking side by side with their sons as they grow in character and faith.

We value strong families, godly culture, and the generational impact that fathers and sons can have together. By living out these values, we carry forward a legacy of faith, strength, and love that influences not only our homes, but also our communities and future generations.

Community

As Mighty Men, we believe community plays a vital role in discipleship. We are called to engage in our local communities by serving others, strengthening our families, and growing in generosity. Together, we build relationships that reflect Christ’s love and extend His impact beyond our homes.

Creation

“The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it.” — Psalm 24:1

From the very beginning, God declared His creation good. We believe He has given us the earth to enjoy, explore, and embrace. His wonders and goodness are revealed in every part of creation.

As Mighty Men, we desire to teach and experience God’s creation through lifelong learning, exploration, discovery, and by taking healthy risks that build character and faith.

Administrative & Financial Director

I firmly believe in 20 years I will look back on the days of raising my three boys with fondest memories. My window of being my sons’ biggest influencer will quickly come to an end, and I want to do it well and with intention.

Chad Esh

Development & Activity Director

I’m all about adventure and the outdoors. I love climbing, camping, and finding new ways to get outside. When I’m not on a trail or hanging off a rock wall, you’ll usually find me playing sports with my three sons. For me, it’s all about making memories, staying active, and enjoying God’s creation.

I’m a husband to my beautiful wife Carolyn and a proud father of five, with a heart for raising my boys to be brave, courageous, and mighty men of God. After 10 years in Air Force special operations, my greatest mission is to live with love, discipline, and adventure; teaching my children to walk closely with the Lord and embrace life to the fullest. Mighty Men is powerful to me because it gives my sons and me a brotherhood where faith, courage, and fatherhood are lived out together, shaping us into the men God has called us to be.
